Special Op's & Similar Books

I love a special op’s team, proper alpha male hero types. They’re the good guys that could probably kill you with the flick of a wrist. They’re protective and loyal to a fault. I love reading about the teams, how they trust each other completely and have each other’s backs no matter what. It’s a great thing to read.

For some reason a lot of the special op’s and armed forces (or similar) books all seem to have a crazy amount of books in each series. Normally surrounding the same team and each of the member’s stories. This is great when you get into a series, I hate having to say bye to characters that I have grown to love, so because of this I don’t have to.

But sometimes I have found it has led me to get bored, the author often seems to run out of scenarios, or you can predict what will happen.
